Why consider counselling?

What journey has drawn you to this page?

There are many reasons why people seek counselling, many similar but all individually unique. Therefore there is no one-size-fits all therapy and I will work with you while valuing your individuality.

I am fully conscious that clients come from all walks of life and have different needs and goals. It is my hope to create with you a space where you feel comfortable and empowered to ask questions, focus on your issues, and achieve a sense of peace and contentment.

Why consider counselling?

If you discover yourself struggling with losses, stress, and setbacks of life, counselling can provide the opportunity and space to examine and clarify your thoughts and emotions and identify the best way forward.

Why consider counselling

If you’re happy and healthy, but feel you’re not meeting your full potential, counselling can help you establish goals, create benchmarks of accountability, and encourage personal progress.

Why consider counselling?

Therapy techniques can help you to release powerful, unconscious blocks and fears that may be holding you back.

Why consider counselling?

If you find life feels lackluster, therapy can help you look within, uncover your passions and rediscover meaning.

Why consider counselling?

Therapy sessions should empower you to ask questions, focus on specific issues, and support not only what is working, but uncover any obstacles that may keep you from achieving your goals. More than just making you feel better, our goal is to help you understand yourself better. Consistent and ongoing discussions between you and your therapist ensures that you maintain the skills being learned and helps you effectively stay on the path toward personal growth and progress.

Why consider counselling?

Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends.

Counselling offers the opportunity to be heard and can help you find your own answers to problems, without the feeling of judgement.

Counselling will give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think. It's an opportunity to look at your problems in a different way with someone who'll respect you and your opinions.
