I am an independent Person-Centred Counsellor and psychologist working from my home based garden therapy room located in the Walsworth area of Hitchin, Hertfordshire. I am fully insured, DBS checked and affiliated to the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists). This is a professional body which regulates and sets out legal and ethical frameworks within which I work.

I can offer adults, teenagers and children of all genders and cultural backgrounds counselling with a Humanistic Person-centred approach. I also incorporate strategies and psychotherapeutic techniques individually personalised for you.  I aim to help you to  manage anxieties, depression, low self-esteem, low self-worth and other mental health conditions that can impact negatively on daily life.

 

What I will offer you is a confidential place to talk through worries and concerns in a non-judgemental environment to help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and experiences.    

 

There is ample free parking available within a few minutes walk of my therapy room, if you are driving, or good public transport links; including local buses. Hitchin Railway Station is less than a mile away.  My practice is ideally situated for clients living in Hitchin, Arlesey, Baldock, Clifton, Henlow, Langford, Letchworth, Shefford, Stevenage and surrounding areas.
