Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk Therapy is an outdoor activity. Extensive research has identified the positive therapeutic effects of being around nature and its natural beauty. Sessions are scheduled to last one hour but could last up to one and a half hours. If you would like to know more about these sessions and the benefits of outdoor therapy, I would be happy to discuss any questions you may have during an initial indoor based personal therapy session.
